WORKSHOP CONTENT: Through the base chakra, we and our soul are connected to this earth and to the here and now in this life. All higher functions of our psyche—love, creativity, and spirituality—are built on this foundation. Therefore, if the “tree of consciousness” is to grow tall, we need deep and strong roots. But the base chakra also contains the immense power of our instincts. Millions of years of natural evolution have formed physical, energetic, emotional, and mental patterns within us, some of which limit our ability to develop our fullness today.

One of the earliest functions the psyche develops is the “protector-controller.” This mechanism is part of the defense system and exists to protect us and keep us safe from harm. Its primary emotion, however, is fear. Fear is an important part of our instincts and necessary to protect us. But when fear gets out of control, it limits your life in many subtle and not-so-subtle ways.

It’s a negative cycle: Anxieties and worries can pull the grounding out from under us. Being ungrounded leads to excessive control. And control blocks the flow of our energy and vitality. So instead of manifesting our lives boldly like a lion, we cower under the covers like a beaten dog…

In Energy Balancing, we work physically, energetically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually, addressing every part of your being. Using energy-based methods, we’ll show you how to more consciously harness the powerful energies of your base chakra, rather than being harnessed by them.

We will unleash the dormant fire of Kundalini, the immense vitality of the base, and support you in living a fuller and more grounded life in your body. So ride the dragon of your base chakra—and enjoy renewed courage, self-confidence, and zest for life.

SCHEDULE: Thursday, April, 16th, 2026: 6 pm-9:30 pm. Friday & Saturday: 7 am to 8 pm. Sunday, April 19th, 2026: 7 am to 5 pm. This is a retreat and full participation in the program is recommended.

WORKSHOP METHODS: Breathing, body- and voice work, energy system diagnostics, energy balancing, energy shift meditation, biographical work, mindfulness in action, role-playing, lectures, dynamic exercises and voice dialogue.

WHAT TO BRING: Comfortable clothes for the seminar, sportier clothes for morning yoga or dynamic meditation, writing utensils, slippers or non-slip socks for the group room and if possible a blanket and seat cushions for working on the floor. If you can, bring also a yoga-mat, bolster, blocks and belts.
